Are there rules for creating my Username and Password?

  • To ensure that your User ID and Password is unique and secure, your user ID and Password should meet these requirements:
  • Field should containt minimum lenght of 6 characters.
  • Allowed special characters are "-", "_", "*", ".", "%", "!", "#", "?", "/", "+" and "=".
  • No leading or trailling whitespaces
  • At least one numeric and one alpha
  • Not Allow have 3 or more consecutive identical characters (e.g. "aaa").
  • Not Allow have 3 or more consecutive sequential digits (e.g. "123").
  • Not allow have 3 or more consecutive sequential lower characters (e.g. abc)
  • User ID may not be the same as the Password.
  • NOTE: Your chosen User ID will be rejected if it has been chosen by another user.

How do I register for my User ID and Password?

Please follow these steps to register for User ID:
Click on "Register"

Step 1: Enter any of your Debit Card/ Credit Card Number

Read the Terms & Conditions from the link and click "I agree" checkbox. Click "Continue" to proceed.

Enter 16 Digit Card number, CVV and your Date of Birth. Please click "Next"

Step 2 : Enter One-Time PIN (OTP) to proceed

Enter your preferred User ID and Password, then re-enter the password you chose for the confirmation process

Click "Log in now" to enjoy Citibank services online

What happens when I forget my User ID?

Click on "Forgot User ID or Password"

Step 1: Enter any of your Debit / Credit Card Number

Please enter CVV and your Date of Birth. Click "Continue" to proceed.

Step 2: Enter One-Time PIN (OTP) to proceed

Step 3: Your User ID is shown on the screen. Click on "Log On Now" to login to online banking with your existing password.

What happens when I forget my Password/ reset password?

Click on "Forgot Password"

Step 1: Enter any of your Debit / Credit Card Number

Please enter CVV and your Date of Birth. Click "Continue" to proceed.

Step 2: Enter One-Time PIN (OTP) to proceed

Step 3: Your User ID is shown on the screen. If you forgot your password, you may reset it below. Enter new password and reconfirm the password

Step 4: Password reset completed. Click on "Sign On Now" to manage online banking account.

How to unblock my Citibank Online User ID?

Select "Forgot User ID / Reset Password" menu

Enter the 16 digit card number without spaces, CVV number and your date of birth then click "Continue"

Enter the OTP sent on your mobile phone

Enter your new password and repeat the password

The password has been reset and the User ID is active

How do I convert Citi Credit Card transaction to Installment ?

To convert your transaction into installment, please visit www.citibank.co.id.

  • Sign on to Citibank Online
  • Click "Service" >> "Citi Credit card services"
  • On the left hand side menu, click "Convert transaction to be EazyPay"
  • Choose card number
  • Enter amount and tenor
  • Click "Agree"

How do I change my correspondence or email address ?

To change your address/contact number, please visit www.citibank.co.id.

  • Sign on to Citibank Online
  • Click "Service" >> "My profile"
  • Choose "Change my personal details" >> "Contact details update"
  • Input OTP (One Time PIN)
  • Select "Email address or Address"

How do I perform fund transfer through CBOL ?

To perform fund transfer, please visit www.citibank.co.id.

  • Sign on to Citibank Online
  • Click "Payment and transfer"
  • Click "Manage beneficiary list" >> "Add beneficiary"
  • Input OTP (One Time PIN)
  • Choose beneficiary account type
  • Fill in beneficiary account details: beneficiary name, account number, bank code

How can I get my TAC/OTP if I travel overseas ?

To get your TAC (Transaction Activation Code) / OTP (One-Time PIN), you need to change primary mobile number through CitiPhone or request for hardware token at the nearest Citibank Branch.

How to activate my Debit / Credit Card?

Click "Activate Your Card"

Step 1: Enter any of your Debit / Credit Card Number enter CVV and your Date of Birth. Click "Continue" to proceed.

Step 2: Enter One-Time PIN (OTP) and Click "Continue" to proceed

Step 3 : Please Set a PIN for your card, and Confirm

Step 4: Activation completed. Click on "Go to My Account" to login to online banking with your existing password.

Or if you do not have online banking account, click on "Register for Online Banking" to create your online credentials.

e-Statement

What should I do if I am having problem opening my Estatement ?

If you don't know your password, the default access code is your date of birth in a ddMmmyyyy format, where the first letter of the month is uppercase. Example: 01Jan2019.

To view e-Statements, you will need Adobe Reader (Version 7.0 or above) installed on your computer.

Try clearing your browser's cookies and cache.
